Yes. Most features work in multiplayer. Some features like Ghost Modifier, Door Modifier, and certain exploits require you to be the host since they modify game state that only the host controls.

Phasmophobia uses Photon for networking. The host is authoritative for most game state. Client-side features (ESP, God Mode, Speed, etc.) work for everyone. Server-side changes need host privileges.

Press [INSERT] key to open/close the menu. You can customize hotkeys for individual features in the Settings tab.

Make sure the game is running before launching the injector. Run both as Administrator if needed. Check that your antivirus isn't blocking it. If it still fails, the game may have updated - wait for a new release.

The menu scales with your Windows DPI settings. Try adjusting your display scaling in Windows Settings, or right-click the game > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings.
